Tortilla Pizzas! Dinner, 04.06.08
Tonight’s dinner was inspired by Emma, who makes these often. I used many of the same ingredients, but added some of my own.
They’re insanely easy and fun to make! The best part, other than eating it, was that Long and I each had a tortilla to dress up.

We now have real food in our kitchen!! YAY!! I’m so excited that I thought I’d share with you guys what we bought:

Tomatoes,
Asparagus,
Italian Eggplants (they’re so tiny and cute!),
3 bags of mixed salad greens,

2 is Better Than 1, Breakfast, 04.06.08
Sometimes 2 is better than 1 when it comes to cereal. This morning I mixed together Cheerios, and Kashi’s Heart to Heart cereal with banana slices and Silk vanilla soymilk.

I’m ending the night with a sliced fuji apple. Today’s foods weren’t as great as I had hoped, but that’s what I get for not wanting to go grocery shopping. Is it just me or has my food become really boring ever since I left Hawai’i?

Today I planned on going to the grocery store to get some veggies to make pizza, but got too lazy. I opted to stay in and eat oatmeal instead. Tmw for sure I’ll get some fresh veggies.
