One Year!

Today, June 6th, 2008 marks our one year marriage anniversary! Long surprised me with flowers last night at 12 midnight. Aweee too sweet!! Breakfast:
Soyrizo mixed with fried rice, a red bell pepper, and some mushrooms. I’m not really a fan of soyrizo. It’s too oily for me. I think this was my second time buying it and I said the same thing before. Sorry soyrizo!

I had more fried rice on the side. SooooO good!

Breakfast:
soy yogurt with granola. I also had a bit of coffee later on.

I had quite a few of these lychee jelly cups throughout the day

Pasta with broccoli, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and ground tvp

Snack
a spoonful of pb

more peanuts. These I didn’t make. They were a little sweeter, but still good.
