Breakfast: coffee, black + ww english muffin with raspberry, apricot jam and smart balance.
Lunch: papaya salad with vermicelli noodles.
green beans and tofu with white rice. I also had Thai tea
Dinner:
Hot Pot! Yao Hawn. So many veggies!
Mushrooms, zucchini, water spinach, baby bok choy, quail eggs, tofu, bean curd sheets along with vermicelli noodles.

Dessert:
Fruit tart from Whole Foods. SOoo good! There’s only 2 slices left and I’m so tempted to eat them both RIGHT now!



The tofu looks SO good!! I’m out of tofu, and I have been getting cravings. Really need to go pick some up!

I always love the jams that you use on your bread – so scrumptious!!
That fruit tart is BEYOND breathtaking – eat those last 2 slices, for sure!! :0)
