Breakfast at Starbucks (a rarity)
A cinnamon roll
with a cup of black coffee (Pikes Place).
A close up on the sweetness. ahhhh….heaven
Snack:
An Everything Bagel with melted peanut butter. Mm Mm!
To wash down the warm peanut butter, I had a mug of plain soy milk
Peach chobani.
Dinner at Chai Thai Noodles.
They finally put out a to-go menu, which is really helpful because I never remember the ingredients let alone the name of the dish.
#101 Gang Pak: medium re curry with mixed vegetables and tofu. Look at the mountain of veggies!! No other restaurant is this generous especially just for $6.50!!
#96. Pad Ma-Kuer: Sauteed eggplant with bean sauce, chili, bell peppers, and fresh basil
Just regular hot tea and water for me tonight. Later I had a spoonful of homemade coconut ice cream. SOoo good!
Chips and salted Pistachios (not shown) Later I had some carrot cake.

hey Leng,
I was wondering, do you keep track of calories, fat, fiber, protein, etc? I’ve been trying to work a lot of fiber and protein into my diet and monitor my calorie intake. Do you take portion control into account. From your blog it looks like you allow yourself to eat most any (non-meaty) foods in moderation….is that how you stay so slim? You are my food hero so I will take any and all advice you have to offer. I think it’s awesome that you and Long made such healthy changes and you both look great and seem to have a ton of energy. I’ve even started eating more fruit b/c of you guys.
Thanks,
Val
