Tired, Take 2
I’m so exhausted that I don’t even want to do anything other than “zone out” (stare stare off into oblivion). haha imagine that. I can’t do too much zoning out because I have more reading to do for my bio and child development classes. I’m a little behind, so I need to get back up there by this weekend.
Let’s recap what I had to eat today:
Breakfast:
2 cups of black Coffee. Yeah I know 2 cups!! Tomorrow I’m going to make it a goal to have a cup of tea or no caffeine at all. I don’t want to start up old habits that I worked so hard to overcome. I am thinking about leaving a sticky note on my coffee grinder stating: “STOP! WRONG WAY!”
Let’s see how that goes. I had a small piece of coffee cake also.
Snack:
1 slice of Raisin Ezekial bread.
Lunch:
On my trip to Whole Foods I bought one of the lunch packages from the food bar. It was filled with lentils, 1 small samosa, 1 crunchy naan bread, and rice. I thought about getting something from the coffee bar also, but then I quickly reasoned to myself that I should save my money and make Chai Iced Tea at home. Which, is exactly what I did when I got home.
Dinner:
Easy pho
Dessert:
I am planning on having vanilla ice cream right after I finish posting.
Tuesday, 09.30.08
Late night snack:
whole wheat gold fishies + Club crackers with soy cream cheese

Aww, Leng!!! Hope you can rest up soon!!! You deserve it!!! And I hope you thoroughly enjoyed that well-deserved ice cream

Erin: I’m studying to be a dietitian. Right now I am at a com. college. Hoping to transfer within 1 to 1-1/2 years from now to a university somewhere in CA’s northern Bay Area. Thanks for asking!

I might go back to school to be a dietitian too. I’m taking a nutrition class at De Anza this semester and I might start doing all the prereqs next quarter (at comm college, it’s so much cheaper). I added you to my blogroll by the way, hope it’s ok!

Ohh the caffeine. I just finished chugging an iced coffee. I’ve had a lot of caffeine the past few days. I’m not even ATTEMPTING to bring it down a notch. Maybe I should.

2 cup of coffee per day is not too much, I think. By the way, you seemed to be really alert on what you eat.
