Yay Camera’s Back!!

Yay I get my camera back! I haven’t posted any meals for today yet. Honestly I am too lazy to try and remember what I ate, so I am just going to begin this post with dinner (below).

Mac Un-Cheese from Compassion over Killing’s Web site

Edit:

• I didn’t have sage on hand, so i used poultry seasoning (a combo of spices: sage, thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary, Black pepper, and nutmeg). The combo of spices made everything really flavorful!
• For the bread crumbs, i took 3 whole wheat bread slices, pulverized them in a food processor and sprinkled garlic powder. Then I dry cooked them on a skillet until browned.
• Once I followed the directions of how to make the mac uncheese, I threw everything into a casserole dish, topped it with the homemade bread crumbs and pieces of trans fat free margarine.
• I cooked it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Watch closely, so you do not burn the bread crumbs.

Sounds like a bit of work, but it’s ALL worth it.

Note: This tastes even better the next day.

I put the camera to good use documenting daily life. Here’s one I took a couple of hours ago of Miss Dottie rummaging through the paper recycle bin. Luckily it wasn’t the trash bin. I would have to give her a bath. She hates bath-time.
