Today’s eats sound boring without the pictures. Oh camera how I miss you?
Lunch:
Was a huge salad of mixed greens and croutons, topped with vidalia dressing from Kraft.
A nectarine
A sandwich filled with spinach, spicy brown mustard, regular mustard, mayo and yves deli slices on two whole wheat bread slices
Snack:
A juicy plum
Whole Grain golden fishies

Wow what a big difference a morning run makes! I feel so good all over. Normally I run in the evenings, but I am contemplating on making my runs in the morning instead. Today was the perfect xc weather too–overcast.
