I’ve Missed You!!
I’ve got a cute little poem ya! Hope you like it!
Barney Butter
oh, Barney Butter
I can’t think of anyone other
You soften rough moods
but, still remain so smooth
You’re Delicious and dreamy
and always so Creamy

gives you a nice little cheesy almond butter sandwich. YUM a thousand times!
Last night’s dinner and Today’s Lunch:
Sweet and Sour “duck” from Indian in 6. To replace the duck portion, I .used braised gluten. It’s very sour and very sweet. And very good/
Aloo Mutter Jeerawala also from Indian in 6. Both of these dishes were made in the past, which lets you know how much we enjoy them here at Leng’s Kitchen.
Random egg topped with basil leaves and s + p
random stir fry dish with vegetarian stir fry sauce, stimulated beef (dehydrated soy protein), carrots, zucchini, cilantro, peppers
Tofu dressed up with sesame seed oil, soy sauce, s + p and cilantro
Penang curry from Champa Garden
pad see ew
corn bread with chili made out of Jay Solomon’s book
Free stuff from Stonyfield. Thanks Stoneyfield!! I love the bag and the coupons!

Haha nice poem. I don’t think I’ve seen those Kashi cheddar crackers in Canada. If I do I will definitely snatch some up. I just bought Indian in 6 after hearing about some of the things you made from it. =) Not sure what I’ll try first. Any particular recommendations? I was thinking about the Aloo Mutter Jeerawala. I’ve missed your posts! Glad you’re back. =)
