New Puppy for loomis!
Yeah you read it right. We adopted a new puppy. This one is even younger than Loomis. Her name is Lulla (Loo-La). It’s a part of her name at the shelter, which was Tallulla. Today is her first day with us.
Here are her stats:
- Labrador & Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix
- 2 months of age
- ~9 pounds
- Just spayed yesterday, but she is not licking AT ALL!
- About the size of Miss Dottie
Character:
- MENACE!!!! Peed twice already in the apartment even though we took her out a GAZILLION TIMES to “go potty” in our backyard. When she’s in the backyard, she just plops down in her new fave grassy area.
- She’s very clumsy, but SUPER strong and active
- Barks and whines a lot
- Bites, OMG she bites HARD! Harder than Loomis, who is 10 times bigger than she is
- Still has not pooped
All in all, these are the many characteristics of puppies. The conclusion is that she is JUST TOO ADORABLE. Here see for yourself in the video below. it’s only 1:21. Enjoy!

It’ll be fun, and a lot of hard work, but at least you’re getting it over in one shot, right? Plus, Loomis will help Lulla with the training since he already knows the ropes! She’s a cutie!

yeah Long and I were skeptical about getting another pup, but we saw just how lonely Loomis was–hardly any dogs play with him at the dog park. When we saw two labs (brother and sister) together the other day, we thought “Yeah, Loomis definitely needs a canine best friend.” she’s only been here for about 6 hours and they can’t keep their paws off each other. It’s so cute!
A lot of hard work, but better to get it all done in one show than two. haha.

Yeah we got a new pup. She’s so cute! Everyone’s getting a long pretty well. Loomis and Lulla are always playing. The only time they’re not playing is when both or one of them are in their crates. Lulla’s so tiny that we’re using the Kitty crate as her temporary home.
You’ll love her she’s soOoo playful! Pudge might get along better with her too.

Wow I can’t believe you already got another dog! Your place is now taken over by animals. =) Lulla is super cute! And I love how Loomis was sleeping on Long. I’m looking forward to seeing cute pictures of them together! I wonder how much sleep you guys are going to get in the next while!

Ashley:
I know another puppy! Crazy! She’s a tough little girl, but we’re lovin’ her to death. Well, I don’t know about Long because he seems to be really stressed out with her because she tries to dominate him haha. Like I said, she’s a tough little girl. There will definitely be cute pictures of them up. Hopefully I can catch one with the cats–they seem to be still adjusting to the dogs in the house. Our sleep is actually not affected. She’s in the crate while we’re sleeping. Both dogs get a potty break right before bedtime and right after us waking up. The only thing is that she whines soOo loud! I worry of the neighbors making a complaint.
