Calling All Salad Eaters!

With the first month of the new year, I’d like to start fresh with the Salad Challenge. Anyone up for it? If you are, please sign up by either commenting on this post stating that you would like to participate or you can email me at chhaylengtouch@gmail.com. Either method is fine.

For those of you who are new to the Salad Challenge, it is basically a challenge to incorporate a salad (meal or side) into your day for two weeks. There are a few rules to follow, but those rules are not strict or anything. Here are links to the rules of past salad challenges.

November 12th 2008 (very first challenge)

Please keep in mind that this is NOT A DIET. (I don’t believe in diets) It is simply a method to introduce new ways of eating your veggies and fruits. The goal is that it will be an on going process.

I have not come up with the rules as of yet, but I would love to get your suggestions!

Please submit your suggestions  by WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 6TH and pledge by SATURDAY, JANUARY 9TH BY 10:00 PM

Last day to sign up: January 9th 10:00 pm

Challenge Officially starts: Sunday, January the 10th.

    Yes, I have my regular one and then my weightloss/healthy eating blog. I talk about weightloss on both but don’t want to have it take over the daily posting on my regular blog.

    The rules that I liked from reviewing the past challenges were to include a non veggie item and making the salad colorful.

    i have enjoyed your past challenges, so of course im game for this one too. the previous rules have been good. lettuce, diff color toppings, something that isnt a veg (dried fruit, beans, whatever)…i just like that it inspires me to be more creative.

    Hi Leng, my hubby and I are totally up for this challenge! We were just saying how we really need to add more salad to our diet so count us in!!
