Spana wah?
So glad this super long day is over! My feet are hurting’ n so are my legs. I don’t ‘know if this was from working out on the bike earlier or form work or maybe even a combination of the both. Alls I know is that I hurtin’ real bad.
here’s a quick recap!
Lunch:
Once again a mixture of salad greens, quinoa, bbq seitan, and avocado. The avocado was on it’s last leg. Every time I looked at it, It was telling me to eat it with a salad. Worked out great! No dressing needed here! Iced coffee on the side.


Went off to work arrived a few minutes early and snacked on my trail mix of walnuts, dried apricots, dried cranberries, semisweet chips and a few Ferrero Rochers. Hmm Those are good!

I had more iced coffee at work. I didn’t finish it all, but took a good amount. Chocolate and coffee goes great together!

My Co-worker’s dog, Gor Gor. He’s SO ADORABLE! And the sweetest!

He even sits on your lap when you sit down!

More snacks at work. I had some of my co-workers Spanakopita. Although not the healthiest, it did hit the spot because I was getting super hungry.

When Lunch rolled around, I had some more of the bbq seitan with quinoa.

Then when I got home at around 9:15, I had the rest of the bbq seitan with quinoa and seewead. Not very creative…I was too tired to get anything else going.

well, I made a cup of miso soup. Didn’t finish it all because I put too much water = no flavor. blah!

Yum I love salad grain bowls like that! I like how you add ferrero rocher into your trail mix.
big salads are great.
