Exercise Gives Me Wings!

I’m actually feeling MUCH better than I did earlier.
While reading, I decided to hop on he Trainer for a cardio workout. Before I knew it, 30 minutes just flew by!
When I was done with the Trainer, I did 10 minutes of Pilates. That really got me going. A little stretch here. A little strengthening & lengthening there. Ah…breathe…
Even the dogs got in a little exercise:

When we got back I saw that there were a few envelopes waiting for me that had my name on it.
Remember that Kaiser Permanente 5K that I was saying I might not be able to run because of my foot injury?
Well, look what came in the mail today — my race tags. I sure hope my foot completely heals up by February 5th…. crossing fingers.

Lunch:
A repeat of yesterdays lunch, but with cream cheese instead of mayo and 1 less “bacon” strip.

That bagel sandwich looks so yummy. I used to eat bagels all the time but now so rarely buy them. Hope you’re able to do the race!
Me too! I don’t think I can thought because I can’t still put full pressure on it.
