It’s Still My Birthday!
Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!
Today was mainly another easy going day.
I’ve taken a few days off from studying, but will be back to it soon!
One of the highlights of my day was when my sister and I did her final body measurements. She literally did a transformation! You can definitely see the difference in person and now the proof is in the numbers.
She’ll be the one to share the information on my blog, so l’ll leave the details for her to write about later.
Breakfast:
1/2 a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese & coffee

LOVE!

I also squeezed in 2 small tangerines

Later, I got myself a small vanilla latte from Peets. I like to sprinkle mine with a little bit of cinnamon.

Lunch:
Salad with steamed potatoes & brussels sprouts, pizza, nutritional yeast, ranch dressing. Sounds and looks like a weird combination, however, I assure you it was quite satisfying.

Dinner:
I made those BBQ seitan ribs again from Fat Free Vegan Kitchen. On the side were sautéed greens. The quinoa was still cooking while I snapped this photo.

Dessert:
Another Highlight for today was another birthday celebration!
My sister got me Tiramisu. It wasn’t too sweet or too soggy. A great way to end dinner.

She also gave me my birthday present — A shirt that says, “Pinky” with “Narf!” written not he right arm.
We have this thing where we called ourselves Pinky & The Brain.
It began when we were kids and it kind of stuck ever since.

I started getting my birthday presents during Christmas.
It’s now a week after my actual birthday and the gifts are still showering in.
BEST BIRTHDAY year ever!
lol I love that you put pizza in your salad like that!! mmm tiramisu is delicious but not when it’s too soggy.
