Post it!
Good Morning!
I wanted to get a quick post before I rush out to work.
I start at 8 and it’s 7:15 already.
Luckily I live just 10 minutes away, or else I’d be in trouble.
As usual, let’s set an agenda:
- Work
- Walk dogs (try to come home during lunch)
- Trainer 30 minutes
- Pilates 20 minutes
- Study — Review
Breakfast:
Coffee w/ oatmeal: bananas, Fiber mix*, walnuts, agave
*Fiber mix:
- Wheat germ
- ground flaxseeds
- Bob’s Red Mill high fiber cereal

I’ll do a recap of yesterday’s eats when I get back.
