just curious…how do you make your iced chai tea??
Jamie

Hi Jamie,
I use powdered chai tea concentrate. The brand I use is David Rio, Elephant Vanilla Chai Tea. To make the iced (on the rocks) I combined 3 T. of the concentrate with 2 oz of hot water, mixed then immediately poured it over a cup of ice. The Blended version, I combined 1/2 c. of plain soy milk with 5 T. of the concentrate and a cup of ice in a blender. I hope this helps!

I saw your post of potato chips and they definitely look good and homemade, how do you make them?

Hi Leila! It’s really really simple to make the potato chips. I think once you go homemade, you’ll never go back.
The only thing is that you really need a very sharp knife that will slice your potato (or unless you have a potato slicer). I use a super sharp knife. It seriously makes your life a lot easier. I normally slice my potatoes a head of time and leave it in Tupperware filled with cold water.
When I get home, I simply pat them dry on a kitchen towel, then put them in a bowl to drizzle oil, cayenne pepper, chipotle powder, salt and pepper. I eyeball it to have a nice red-orange color. Sometimes I add onion powder & garlic powder. Then I cook ‘em on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes. Make sure towards the end you watch them so that they done burn. They are so thin that it happens if you don’t pay attention. I’ve done it a couple of times.
Let me know how it goes Leila!
